Horrible

There are company defined max limits for sone transactions. This is crazy.. as a customer, I should have authority to transfer any amount. Also, Citibank plays by not supporting for big transactions to other mutual funds. Unprofessional.

Half of features don’t work, just a web wrapper

Almost half or more than half of features don’t work in the app, directs user to speak to customer care. Some features of app still ask for password. The app is not a native app, just a web wrapper. Transitions are slow between pages.

Cannot login without Dr card 🙍🏻‍♂️

The app is good, but the policies are weird. My account is locked as I don’t have an active Dr card. Now the bank wants me to drop a letter to their Chennai address. What’s the point in providing registered email address and phone number 🤦🏻‍♂️ How can the bank expect all overseas customers to mandatorily have a card. I don’t need it, online banking suffices my need while I’m overseas. In the middle of pandemic which bank does that 🤷🏻‍♂️

IPAD Version Please

iPhone version is difficult to use on IPads, update the app that’s compatible with IPAD please

Misleading Menus

There is an option called Easy Investing in mobile app. But when selected and proceed further app says Sorry cannot proceed further. What is the point in showing such feature when in the end it wont work?

User Friendly

Citibank India App is user friendly and touch enabled,can improve in aesthetics of GUI though

Discrimination?

Citi India app is amongst the worst even compared to their own apps in Singapore or US. Half the time, it disallows functions without any reason or explanation! Very tiresomel!
