Loads of bugs when trying to use instant pay to account: • Unable to search for bank • Unable to paste account number • Unable to debit from default account shown • Forced to save payee as “Saved Payee” to prevent “error” message and rejection of request Not able to accept Satangs, forcing users to round to the nearest Baht.
Glad to see that the ap is now trying to be able to allow standard Payees to instant pay (versus having to always add new), however, its not working. Please correct quickly, bills need to be paid.
New app interface is even better than previous version. Excellent job for the design team. However, I still have to same issue long time ago and it does not get fix. This issue happens when you get a refund into a credit card. For example, my statement closing date is 15 July. I have 1000 THB statement balance due on 1 Aug. On 16 July, I received a refund of 300 THB. My statement balance reduce to 700 THB, which is fine. On 20 July, I spend 100 THB on the card. Suddenly, my statement balance (that will be due on 1 Aug) changes to 800 THB. Why do you include unbill transaction for next statement into current statement when I have a refund?

Amazing and easy to use
The general UI and the menus are not well organized and are very confusing. Trying to transfer funds to a non-Citibank account in Thailand’s is nearly impossible. It’s faster to go find an ATM and get cash. The only use I have for this app is for XF and Global Transfer and only because there aren’t any online options for that. I give Citibank’s worldwide IT teams a failing grade.
From new update I think it’s not user friendly and difficult to understand. Ready credit card that not pass from assessment of the year is not display statement in application but i can view on website version only. I’m not sure why design of application version it’s not show the statement. i thinks it’s not professional financial application for me.
