Very easy to approve through mobile app and ease of navigating though the app.
Full of glitches
Shows invalid passcode every time, even with correct passcode being entered.
Can’t activate biometric option
The app doesn’t show an option to activate biometrics also always says credentials are not correct after changing the password and entering it correctly for a few hundred times. Deleted and reinstalled the app about 20 to 30 times but no use. I spoke to the Citibank representatives also but they can’t seem to understand the problem. I just deleted the app🙁

Even after turning on Face ID in the app many times, Face ID does not work.
