You can’t even sign into it, let alone do anything else. Why can’t tickets simply be saved to Apple or Google wallets?? There is literally no way to save tickets in order to keep them handy on your device; you have to go through their website 😡

I can’t seem to be able to remove my last comment saying it was pointless. Only by chance I saw on my ticket purchase email that you could sign in to Citizen Ticket online. I did that, set up the account and password, came back to the app to try it and there it is!! My lovely colourful tickets in the wallet! It’s not clear in any instructions on this app to do that which is a shame and wasted opportunity. Sort this out and I reckon lots will join. For anyone who has taken time read this, hopefully this has helped, go online to Citizen Ticket and set yourself up and come back here to log in! Good luck 🤞
Smart Access key doesn’t work for the app. Constantly says not working and to try again later…it’s been 4 months and it still doesn’t work. Not smart.
Downloaded and logged in brill. Reasonably clean and functional app and has one QR code for all the tickets in one booking which is good. Little bit of clutter on main screen but otherwise great.
You can’t sign up in the up, you can’t search for events without signing up. When you try and sign up or purchase tickets you get error after error. The support is woeful. Their solution is to sign up and create an entirely new email account?!?!
Horrible customer service. Limited accountability. Just want your money.
I’ve installed, deleted, reinstalled!!! Sends link for access to email account but when you try to access it buffers on ‘Authenticating’ and goes no further! Has driven me mad! Accessed my tickets through safari in the end 🤷🏼♀️
