Depositing checks

It’s to hard to deposit a check using the app most the time it’s rejected. The info has to be in a certain order on the back. I have no problem depositing checks with my other banks app !!!! How can I send this when all the nick names are taken I’m going to put numbers in maybe that will work

Please make it so that I have the option of viewing my account and routing number from the app

I want to be able to view my account and routing number so that I don’t have to call or visit the bank each time I need the information. I don’t carry checks, so this would be the only way I am able to quickly get the information.
