Can’t install this app, profile can’t find server. I’m not a computer so all online help has been useless

The absolute worst system
The most unstable system I have ever had the misfortune to be forced to use.
Latest version crashes on opening
This latest "bug fixing" version immediately crashes when trying to open it. Tried shutting the app down completely then reopening, no fix, tried shutting my iPad down completely and rebooting, no fix. Had to delete this stupid "improved" version and reload it completely which means having to reload all my companies setting. Pity they didn't trail this version before they released it.
