Horrible and unreliable!
Do not us this app because there full of it. I booked a cab for a later pickup in the day, so when it began to get closer to the time of my pickup I called them to confirm my pickup time and location and the lady told me " oh we really don't go out there" so I said " so do you or do you not come out here?" From the sound she was making sounded like she didn't know what to say and hesitate saying we don't have drivers that drive out there. So I told her doesn't your app say "Desert?" Therefore I live in the desert so I don't see why it's a problem? Why is it that I was able to book a desert cab perfectly fine with your app giving me a confirmation number saying my cab has been booked and that you guys will be coming at the time I give you and now all of of sudden there's a problem because desert cab doesn't come out where I live. Haha B.S! I have a very good friend that worked for a cab company and he once told me that if you call , go online to book a cab, there never come because if your not going far enough from them to make their money there try every excuse in the book to avoid picking you up because your not worth the few dollars. So I wouldn't recommend this app to anyone! Good to those who can actually get a successful pickup from them.
