Wish there was a calendar view for classes and how many times I went to the gym. And the book a class feature has a bug. But decent app none the less.
Nothing special about app.
Hardware needs to be updated, been having problems with signing into “Billing” through the app and a big error page keeps popping up. It’s been almost a month now and it’s still hasn’t been fixed yet.
There’s no audio/video playing on app open so this doesn’t make sense
Feels like an app built with great intentions, half way finished, with every other thing broken or seemingly not “hooked up” to the thing it implies to do.
I like being able to show my bar code from my watch instead of having to pull out my phone.
No support on this app. Wouldn’t even let me get past the login page. Running me in circles saying that my email isn’t linked to any account. Even though my email is verified. And there is so support on any of this no help button, no FAQ, no problem solving. Nothing. Horrible.
Has all the basics but that’s about it. Not that great by any means but not terrible either from what I can tell. Could definitely use updating to make it look/feel modern and not like an app from 2012
The app let’s me get past the login page to select my home gym, but then the platform crashes before I can get any further. Incredibly frustrating. I’m a new gym member and would like to sign up for classes but this app is garbage.
This app used to work but now I can’t book any classes. It either give me an error that “the department isn’t set up” or I get all the way to the booking section and it says there’s an error and it can’t complete my booking. I’ve not gone to class for 2 weeks now because I can’t tell if it’s filled.
