I love the opportunity to check results make appointments and have quick questions answered through the City of Hope app. Thank you.!

There are many things to like and appreciate from COH but the one that stands out is they actually care. ALL other health organizations do not care about you they just want money, money-mills and nothing more. They run unnecessary tests to run up the bill all at your expense. Not at COH, if they run a test it is valid and needed. You can literally feel the difference physically and mentally. There is not better care anyplace in California so your search is over you found the best right here. Places to avoid are St. Jude, St. Joseph, UCI. These are money-mills nothing more than that, they do not care about you, period.

There are some test results that seem to appear and then disappear never to be found again. Like today, I was reading a CT scan done today (12/05), suddenly the app timed out and when I logged back in the CT results have disappeared. Why? Likely because the software lacks proper design and testing. Unfortunate.

I have Tricare prime for insurance. The billing is the only issue I ever have with City Of hope. Otherwise everything else is super wonderful.

I like this app. I am able to see appointments and other information from other hospitals I go to, that also use epic. The convenience of so much of my information available to me and at my fingertips is a blessing.

I have been very please with all my care needs at City of Hope. They are always there to help me. When I call. Work with me on appointments and prescriptions. I love Dr Spierer my radiation oncologist, Dr Spearer my Oncologist and Dr Lyer my Pain management Dr. they have all worked together to help me with my care. Thank you all.

Clean, sleek, and easy to access.

This app lets me stay current with my care. It is a very useful tool.

I have noticed a few problems with supportive staff.

This is the best communication I’ve ever had with any doctor or hospital. Due to Chemotherapy making you have memory loss. It is so easy. I see my appointment. I can read my doctors notes in case I forgot anything that he said and it’s just everything is made so easy, even to have a Tele visit you just login and click on you can’t get easier than this so you don’t have to worry about missing anything. Everything is right here. Whoever built this app for City Of Hope is a genius.
