Lack of security
The app works fine, but it is not possible to lock it with Face ID or even a code. This seems a very poor design choice considering that with the app you can enter the apartment.

I’ve been living in City Pop for 5 months now and I believe the app really simplifies everything. Very smart and helpful. You can actually do everything with the app, from booking the apartment to contact customer support!

I've been living here since 3 months and I've chosen the Pop S in Lugano...the people here are awesome, the services are always on time and perfectly organized and the apartment is spacious enough! Moreover the interior design is cool and brand new. Initially I've chosen it as a temporary solution, but now I think I'm gonna be living here for a long time!!
Such a great living concept!
Everything you need for your stay at City Pop is inside this app. I loved pass my days in Zurich inside this new kind of living context. Great people, great services, wonderful events all together. What a life! I miss you all! Thumbs up fo City Pop!
