Too much “do you enjoy this app”
I got frustrated by the multiple times this app asked me if I liked it. Annoying. But the app itself seems to work.
Upgrade
Every time I open this app it comes up with a window saying it needs to be upgraded. When you follow the link, it doesn’t allow the upgrade to be installed and simply says “open” as if the app doesn’t require an upgrade. Annoying!
Wants to upgrade but can’t
I just downloaded it. I open app and it says I have to upgrade to a world map. It takes me to App Store but shows the same app I already downloaded. So I’m stuck can’t use the app :(
Overview map is excellent
The overview map is awesome. The rest of it is not worth using.

Little bit more
The google maps have cost price of tickets as well but I like this lay out better. If cost of ticket was introduced then this app it's worth 6 stars!
Used to be free, but now you need to pay per city
You need to pay to unlock each map. You get one for free. Had this app downloaded a while ago for the Tokyo rail. It was more convenient than searching for the map, and didn’t feel as paywalled after updating to the recent version. There was also a lite version that was nice and free, but now is forced to be updated to this.

Good enough, usually
There are times where the map is out of date and you should check the official city transit map but that’s usually one or two stations per city. Aside from those infrequent errors it’s easy to use and the maps are well done and accurate.
