I have ordered before 2 hours still got 10 minutes late????

This is the worst taxi in town. Use at your own risk

Terrible experiences using this app. Also terrible calling the office and trying to speak with someone. I send several times and was just told to delete the app and start again with no difference. Good fare prices maybe for local rides but disaster otherwise.

They will take your money more than once and then say they haven’t gotten your booking even though they have took double money out of your bank !!! They say it will be refunded but it won’t !! Absolutely joke , DONT ever use this company

not even worth it ordered a taxi waited over an hour , waste of time and waste of money . Don’t reccomened , would give less than 1 star if i could !

Charged more by the driver than fixed price on the app - this happened twice in one night - total rip off

Came late. Ordered for 6:45 came at 6:55 made me late for work. If we order for a certain time then we at least expect it to be here for that time

Booked threw app and was stated fixed price! Rand and asked twice if the price was right. They told me yes. As I got to my destination was told a extra 25% on top of the fair had to show driver the app and he still said that wasn’t the right price. Do no believe app!!! Ring max cabs 01254 55555 they are miles better and stick to what the operator says!!

The company as a whole is great and charge a fair price however be careful paying on the app. I booked a taxi and it didn’t appear on my app however I was able to track it via the company’s number, unfortunately it didn’t tell the driver that I had been charged via my card so I’ve ended up paying double! I was told I can only claim it back after the weekend but still watch out if you are using this app!
