Time
The timing is never adhered too. It always arrives late at the stop. Why not change the timings rather than keeping the passengers waiting.
Rides are not visible after update
I updated your app and now I cant see all the rides which I have booked.
Standard of Bus & Ride quality
The standards of the ride has drastically come down in the last one year. The buses are not cleaned before the ride. The curtains are missing. The seats are not maintained properly. There are instances when drivers have exhibited road rage!!! Whilst the competitors are enhancing the customer experience, Cityflo seems to be going the other way.
Decline of Support Service
Initially, the service was quite prompt and customers were heard of. Sadly like any other service providers Cityflo has become same where the support has become very poor and customers are not heard of. Be it delays or broken ac vents or issues with seatings. Time to up your game or you will loose customers soon!
Rude Driver
Worst service for paid rides. Please teach your drivers some manners. They act like they don’t understand. Teach them the decency to reply back to a passenger when asked something. Very inconvenient for the users.
Bad service
Drivers are rude, bus skips stop when youre in urgency. Driver’s behaviour is irrational and irresponsible. Feels like insulting the passengers.
Latest version of apps has a log of bugs
If you select a seat and move to the next sear the earlier seat selected shows are booked. Also the seat selection process seems laggy now
differential seat pricing completely unnecessary
The differential seat pricing is completely unnecessary. The ticket prices are already too high and this is just another lame way of taking even more.
The old version was best.
The new update has made it difficult to reschedule a bus. It's a headache.
