Citylink Coaches App

Constantly staying “Error SS04” and won’t even allow me to book tickets let alone how it constantly signs you out! The app just needs patching by the developers then it will be really useful. As when you need it, is when glitches. You need to set aside time to try and get past the bugs then sometimes the app won’t work at all.

Really doesn’t do what you need it too. Fine for importing tickets to use them but don’t bother trying to amend tickets. It just loads but doesn’t let you view view dates before the date of your original booking

The latest update has removed the qr code from pre booked tickets. I now have to make sure I’ve still got a copy of my tickets in an email.

Do not use this, confusing and doesn’t work

I cant seem to get past the main screen, on opening it just freezes. The one time I get get past it froze when I hit the log on button.

Seems to be a crash bug when you try to login when booking a ticket. Works fine importing tickets booked through the website but that's a bit of a hassle. The booking interface could use some work: default to current date and time and please don't make me reserve a return ticket by default if it's an open ticket anyway.

Every time I try to book a ticket it just cancels out. So annoying

Hello this app is really helpful but there is one massive issue and it’s quite annoying it’s that every time I close the app it logs me out and I mean every single time it does that I hope yous can fix that also I would like to see on the tracker what model of bus is it be interesting to look at but besides that it’s really helpful
