I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a recent experience I had with one of your drivers. On my way going to work, I encountered an issue with the drop-off sequence that negatively impacted my commute. Despite being the first passenger picked up and living just 2 minutes off the main route, the driver chose to drop off a passenger who was picked up after me and lives 12 minutes away. When I pointed this out, the driver rudely informed me that this service is not a taxi. I have used your service many times before and have always recommended it to my friends, staff, and job candidates in Kuwait, as my place is far from the city. However, this incident, combined with the driver’s unprofessional behavior, has forced me to reconsider using your service. I believe a more efficient and courteous approach to drop-offs should be implemented to avoid inconveniencing passengers. I hope this feedback will help improve your service, as I would prefer not to seek alternative transportation options. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Very comfortable way of transportation. There is few issues on pick up time. There was times that my pick up time was adjusted 3 times and i arrive in my destination late.

The worst time estimations The worst software you will deal with(once they cancelled my trip by themselves after waiting for one hourr!!!) And now I called the driver more than 15 times and non of them reached him Also, some drivers are just wasting time after accepting your order, like today the driver was stuck on the same place for over 45 minutes🤡 Finally sometimes the trips are overpriced, more than taxi would charge you!

First time to ride. Really clean, smooth and not expensive.. will always use this service.

I ordered a ride at 9:30am and then they kept postponed it, till 10am, and because of this I was late for my work

1). Unfortunately the app does not professionally provide the time of pickup and drop-off. 2). At a moment of entering the bus you should expect numbers of surprises. It’s normal that you reach your destination 2 hours late because someone just booked the same ride (you are in) and the other person will be in priority. 3). The app is a huge disaster in a way that the driver rather picking up a passenger 15KM far instead of dropping 1KM Close to the destination. And if you argue with the driver he says that he follow up with what application shows him!!
