I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a recent experience I had with one of your drivers. On my way going to work, I encountered an issue with the drop-off sequence that negatively impacted my commute. Despite being the first passenger picked up and living just 2 minutes off the main route, the driver chose to drop off a passenger who was picked up after me and lives 12 minutes away. When I pointed this out, the driver rudely informed me that this service is not a taxi. I have used your service many times before and have always recommended it to my friends, staff, and job candidates in Kuwait, as my place is far from the city. However, this incident, combined with the driver’s unprofessional behavior, has forced me to reconsider using your service. I believe a more efficient and courteous approach to drop-offs should be implemented to avoid inconveniencing passengers. I hope this feedback will help improve your service, as I would prefer not to seek alternative transportation options. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
