Die Kommunikation ist sehr schlecht. Mein Flug wurde gecancelt und ich musste mich selbstständig bei der Airline melden um einen anderen Flug zu buchen. Natürlich ist es nicht möglich am gleichen Tag zu fliegen, also musste ich ein Hotel buchen. Nach dem Umbuchen schreibt CityTravel, dass ich 8$ bezahlen soll um den originalen Flug wieder zu bekommen. Was soll das?
Everything is fine! Instantly found the cheapest tickets. App is really simple and clear. Highly recommend!!!
If I could I would give 0 stars. Once u book something and everything works out fine u gonna have no problems. If u have a cancelled flight or other issues you will be left alone to contact the airlines yourself and also solve all yourself. The airlines have no access to your tickets - only city travel. No one there reads your messages correctly and sends prepared messages. A shame. Better take some money in your hands and deal with the airline yourself. Never had such a pain in the a** with flights in my life and I fly a lot.
