Daily updates which is the most critical for every parent does not load at all. Very disappointed.

App not opening after update version 3.0
I have updated the app to latest 3.0 version but now the app itself is not launching.
Getting worse with each update
This app doesn't deserve 1 star rating also. Never loads data on iPhone properly.
New update is really good!
App is updated with new UI and easy to access pages which feels really good to go through. More things can be added and I hope developers are working on that! Looking for more exciting features..
What’s the purpose?
Except for the purpose of diary( which only has diaper time, food time and some generic comments from teachers, the app is useless. They can use a real book/ diary for that. I have enrolled the kid in Klay E-city. They are providing weekly updates on what has happened, which is not at all useful to engage with kid on a daily basis. We are not even sure what kid has learnt, as the learning updates are very generic and pushed for all Klay centres. On top of it they also have the audacity to charge yearly fee for the app. If they are using this app for running the centre operations, this should be free for all parents.This is designed for a centres simplicity of operations and not keeping parents in mind at all. I have given the feedback to centre as well, not sure if it is even passed further.
Major update from previous version but needs bit more updates
Appreciate the updated version, but needs bit more enhancement to the app. Would suggest to add notifications, which would help parents to check and get notified.
App is crashing in IOS 17
While accessing the report cards the app is crashing and same happing every time.
Not working
The App opens with a prompt to eithee close or update. But no update is available on App. Pathetic user experience.
