Clare FM

The new update has ruined the app. It is much more difficult to navigate the app. The old swipe feature to navigate between news, obituaries, sport etc was great now that is gone. There is ads everywhere, even on the obituaries which is a very bad look for Clare FM. The radio auto plays when you open the app which is very frustrating. It was perfect the way it was, why change it.

The new update, version 4.0.0 ruined the Clare FM app. When the app is opened, the radio starts playing automatically which is a pure nuisance and very annoying. It is now much more difficult to navigate the app between news obituaries etc. The news and obituaries for example open through the website and you can’t swipe between articles as you could in the previous version of the app. If it’s not broken, don’t fix it. It is clear that the update was made purely to deliver more ads, not a good look.
