City of Claremont Overnight Parking App
Submit your overnight parking requests directly from your phone in real-time.
If you have to park on the street between the hours of 2 a.m. and 6 a.m., you can apply for an ONP Exemption up to 60 days in advance. Each household is entitled to 3 ONP Exemptions (3 nights) per vehicle, per month. A trailer, whether attached to another vehicle or not, requires its own exemption. There are three ways to apply for an exemption:
- TELEPHONE - Telephone exemption requests will only be accepted between 7 a.m. and 10 p.m. daily by calling (909) 399-5411 or (909) 399-5415.
- ONLINE - Online Exemption requests will only be accepted until 3:30 a.m. the morning of the exemption request.
- APP - Online Exemption requests will only be accepted until 3:30 a.m. the morning of the exemption request.

Unable to register property
Unable to submit request, because property won’t register. I put in all of my info, hit submit, and an ‘x’ appears on the screen. Have found no way to move forward.
Let us park on the street
Living on mills where parking is not reserved should be enough of an exemption to let people park on the street . This is ridiculous why hasn’t this rule been abolished ?!
LET US PARK ON THE STREET
“Beautification” to make the city “more attractive” is NOT a major reason for this stupid parking rule to exist. A lot of houses in Claremont have a single narrow driveway that doesn’t fit all cars of a “standard” family size. Then you threaten to fine us again when we park on OUR OWN yard? And you think 3 exemptions a MONTH is enough? Why haven’t the people of Claremont abolished this stupid rule yet?
