Very frustrating, installed app twice, still videos not playing. Can not use the product if there are no instructions

App stopped syncing
I still use tue Mia smart once in a while and it works fine but the app stopped syncing
No Longer Syncing Brush Head Refreshes
The app cannot seem to record brush head replacements with my device, and it seems that development has ceased, even maintenance. Otherwise, still functional for me.
Good App
I know there’s no more Clarisonic and no more brush heads 😭 but please pay the person or persons who attend to the app so that customers who purchased smart devices can still have choices for the skin care settings and the brush reminder. Oh and also the pretty lady who does the tutorials. And the ability to change intensity settings. I really love my radiance brush heads and wish you all would continue to produce them. Disappointed that Clarisonic is gone. Thanks for the update. 💕
Was excited...
I’m so excited to finally get one. They’re closing. Wonder why this is why the app server is down?
Not happy
Sure after I just buy it they go out of business with no refunds. Really not fair and can’t get new heads for it anymore!! Will NOT purchase another L’Oréal product ever again. And I bought ALOT!!
App won’t even open now
I enjoyed the app for a while, but now it opens then before anything can load it crashes. I can’t get it to work at all.
Does not work
Is not compatible with my Smart Profile. Unfortunately I already deleted the app for that one and I can’t get it back. Disappointed- I thought this would be an improvement.
App is a joke
Every single review notes the EXACT same issues and for some reason the developer response to us all is to contact them because we are all having problems syncing. All of us. Why not own up to having a crap app and fix it? Why do I have to manually log into the app every time I open it? Only banking apps do this. If you’re going to force me to log in every time why not let me use my finger print? Just like every single other person who reviewed the app mine also displays 100% battery life, shows only 1 minute of use for the brush head, and doesn’t do anything that we paid for.
Won’t even open
App crashes immediately. Can’t use half of my devices features if the app doesn’t work.
