1. Name of the service: Subscription
2. After you subscribe, this service will automatically renew your subscription. If you choose to enable this service, we treat it as you permit Clash of Kings to receive the fee due in advance from your iTunes account (referred to as Account below) before the current subscription is about to end. The pre-conditions for this service to be effective are that the iTunes account which subscribed to the privilege service is also linked to the Game Center ID bound to the above game account. To ensure the recurring subscription fee can be deducted accordingly. If the renewal fails because there are not enough funds available in the above account, you are responsible for any and all issues which can arise from your failure to comply with the conditions of the subscription you chose to digitally contract service for.
3. Within 24 hours before the current subscription ends, the game account which purchased the service of automatic renewal will retrieve the fee for subscription from the corresponding iTunes account.

Bad system and customer service
The system “detected” im cheating without actually cheating and the customer service is not helping at all. They just told me to stop doing cheating activities. Bruh i told you a hundred of time im not using a cheat why dont you check it by yourself

If you lose your castle
If you’re not spender you can’t get back your castles cause they will always ask receipt of prove that, that is your castle I ask them is there other way to get back my castle, they insist on receipt, what a bad game so I suggest play other game better,sore loser cok😤😡,never will i recommend anyone playing this game till now no person ever contacted me to say what I can do to get my castle back,I even prove to them castles haven’t been open for a few days already still did anyone claim the castle is theirs, no right, so who castle is that, a ghost player😂beside me is it? Too many bug and force player top up
So many bug not solve , the customer service wont reply. Got many illegal players use hack/bug or use 3rd party apps to build their things. Got somebody threaten to top up money for the game
