This app is awful. Created by someone with limited skill and knowledge. Every time you open the app, you have to log in because it doesn’t keep you logged in despite ticking the box to do so. The username and password fields do not seem to support auto completion, so you must write out your email address and password each time. No option to use biometric login. Interface is horrible to use.

90% of the time when I try to access the app I am faced with a blank white screen. I have to turn my phone off to clear the cache and then it usually works again. This is ridiculous and has been an issue for over a year now. I wish the schools would cease the contract with this developer, it’s not fit for purpose.

Normally doesn’t load first time so have to restart the phone for it to load.

If a teacher ‘awards’ a negative mark or detention in error and then cancels these, the app still displays them. Terrible. Horribly demotivating for students. Worrying for teachers and parents. This app is so widely used but it is simply not fit for purpose. Needs to do much better.

Rubbish app that just keeps on freezing /crashing.

It’s been going on for weeks now, every 10 minutes a notification pops up saying ‘New Academic Report Received - Open ClassCharts to view it’ but of course nothing is there. All of the parents in our school are experiencing this problem- that’s 1000’s of parents! Now everyone has had to turn off notifications, which in turn has meant that we are now missing out on key information! I honestly don’t understand why they can’t just revert to a previous version of the app? There’s zero communication from the developers and at this point I think it’s destroyed all trust! It’s a shame, the app wasn't perfect, but it was useful. Will this bug ever get fixed?!?!

This app is rubbish most of the time it will not open and I have to delete it off my phone and upload it to make it work. I’ve told the school but they doesn’t care. Can’t wait until we don’t have to use it anymore when my child leaves school. !!!!!!!!
