The past few booking requests that have come through, when I went to accept the booking the app asked me to sign in, however I was already signed in. This meant me missing out on a booking. I am using a iPhone 13 mini.

Such a great app to use for bookings as a casual relief teacher. It’s super easy and user friendly - it’s been a game changer! It lets me accept bookings instantly and I can set my availability in advance. I love that I never miss a work opportunity in my saved schools from the notifications I receive. Highly recommend for any casual teacher!!

App started glitching out I was trying to view the list of schools I had when locking on it the app would just close and go to my main screen, thought of if I delete the app and log back in it might help but no now I can log back in had a new password sent to my emails, app message back stating a new password was successfully made, only to have it it say my account is invalid and doesn’t work. Rubbish app don’t bother downloading

When I go into my schools it kicks me out altogether

I have had my phone in my hands when I get a notification. I instantly reply and the job has gone. I’m retired and I would like a couple of days a week and I just can’t reply fast enough. I even rang the school where I retired from and asked why this happens and was told it’s to do with how fast your network is. I have missed out on heaps of jobs as I’m not fast enough even though I reply immediately. I do not recommend.

the app always has design updates but it lags so terribly. with the recent updated i cant even scroll down on the ‘jobs’ page- its frozen but i can switch around the other tabs down the bottom?

I am most impressed with the free courses. Exploring Restorative Practices was excellent and thought provoking. Well done ClassCover.

Would be great if old jobs disappeared, they just pile up

I’ve always fulfilled classcover bookings… to unforeseen awful circumstances I had to delete 2 bookings… unfortunately the app didn’t allow… felt abandoned and didn’t need the extra pressure… warning had a 2 star won’t let me send

The app continually needs to be uninstalled and reinstalled - it continually logs you out and it doesn’t make a noise when a request comes in - it is painful considering it has cost me thousands in lost income!
