The app is pretty undercooked. It leaves a demo device you can’t get rid of in the app and frequently loses control of a device mid control. You can’t pick a device to be your default and it doesn’t let you control / access other Classe devices in your stack. Only really useful for remotely controlling volume and even that is poorly implemented.

Reading all of these old reviews, I suspect many of the early problems have been fixed. Works flawlessly with Delta Pre.

Had initial problems with Eero implementation. Classe support was helpful. Working well now.

After extensive digging and emails back and forth from Classe', I have determined that these guys are very good at making things sound AMAZING but they are a small company and not up to speed with today's software. If your app won't connect most likely it is because you have to have a wireless router that doesn't support 'multicast' technology. Multicast is a old technology that is no longer hardly used. I have Fios with a MI424WR router/modem. It is about 2 yrs old and it is still too new to support multicast if that gives you any perspective. I had to buy a $500 universal radio-controlled remote and have it dealer programmed because my audio rack is not in the same room as the T.V./Stereo and that is the only way I could adjust the volume,etc. without getting up and walking out of the room since the app doesn't work. Good luck everybody and maybe somebody that is smarter than me can figure this problem out.

Works perfectly every time. Very useful and fast! Perhaps others who’ve had issues should look to resolve their network problems and update their iOS devices.

It installs on the iPad and discovers the CP-800. However, getting it to connect and actually work (like the demo) is another matter.

This app works well when it connects to my CP-800. Most of the time, however, it doesn't. Not a fan of Classe gear now that all products are made in China. ;(.

This app is just like the Classe amps, simple and reliable. It has operates all aspects of the amp and is far simpler than using the remote control and trying to read the display. It would be helpful to be able to configure the amp via the app, which hopefully will come in a newer update.
