Play classic American crossword puzzles games! The puzzles are are separated into six different grid sizes, to suit players of any ability.
Crossword Rules:
A crossword consists of black and white shaded squares that form a square grid. The challenge of the puzzle is to fill the white squares with letters, forming words or phrases by solving the clues that will lead you to the answers.
Puzzles For Everyone:
6 grid sizes of 5x5 (beginner), 7x7 (beginner), 9x9 (beginner), 11x11 (novice), 13x13 (novice) and 15x15 (expert) are available, so whether you've never played a crossword or you play them all the time - you can be sure that this is the crossword app for you!
Other Features:
• Display errors if you're entering incorrect words.
• Show the word if you need help
• Add 4 letters to the board
• Check out your score in the leaderboard
• Puzzle completion times are displayed upon completion.
• Auto save crossword puzzles
To access all features, content, and functionality you can subscribe to an annual auto-renewable subscription. This is a recurring transaction that will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase and will automatically renew unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of your subscription. Renewals will be charged the same cost within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. Too many ads
Way too many interruptions with ads interrupting during games. No I don’t want to pay to not have ads interrupt the middle of a game.

I love it!
I have enjoyed this app. I love crosswords. I wish there wasn’t so many adds. You can pay to shut them off. I am short on cash since 2020 lol. I really have enjoyed the puzzles and the adds aren’t too bad. Give it a try.
Constant Ads
Constantly throws up loud ads with sound. Unusable.
Does not save progress
Best and most fun crossword puzzle app…. But oh my god everytime I close the app it deletes my progress. It infuriates me beyond belief.

Except for interruptions such as this one, I enjoy this crossword puzzle game.
Ugh
Deleted before finishing first puzzle. Ads were tiresome and plea for money. No thanks.
Too Frustrating
The setup is not nearly as convenient at the NYT puzzles I Loved in the spring and summer. And … Not just some clues are obscure … nearly all of them are designed to be difficult. As a former high school teacher, I know that too many difficult questions on a test frustrates EVERYBODY and would be considered a bad test. We do crosswords for relaxing entertainment … not in an attempt to gain entrance into Harvard!
