Classic Netspend

I went back to Netspend only problem I have is when you call support some ask you to read out you’re entire card number and 99 percent of the support agents only ask for the last four even local bank never asked me to read my card number just a privacy concern 🙁 what is really cool about Netspend is when ever you’re paid by a job or who ever they give those funds almost immediately same with refunds quick bank

The reason I went with Netspend over the other prepaid options was for the mobile check deposit option. Go to use it this morning and the feature is gone 😡

Stay away from this company. They are all dumb. You can barely understand their customer service reps. They ask you to repeat sensitive information over and over again. What’s the point of putting in your card number or social security number with the automated system just to have to give it again to the rep. They make you think that you can solve the problem with the automated system but I always have to spend 20-30 minutes running in circles with these people. If you love spending your time on the phone with people whose last language is English, then you’re in the right place. Follow up: Still trash, nothing got any better. This company is very unprofessional and are employing very cheap labor overseas. They do not care about their customers at all, only the money you spend with all the fees they charge you. $3 every time to transfer money out like to your Apple wallet. $3 plus what ever the atm charges when you use an atm. Oh and it’s only happened to me twice very recently, they will sit on your pay check longer than they said they do. They don’t deserve one star.

This is the worst bank ever! Fee after fee! There is a $3.00 fee every time for using the card with Apple Pay (or any digital wallet); two ATM fees for one withdrawal $3.00 + $1.50; $5.00 monthly fee. There is no help with other common account fees, and everything is a hassle. Would not recommend this bank to anyone.

I would recommend this app if you want to have a bad experience. They don’t let you take all your money out , and the interface is horrible everytime you login u get hit with a dumb pop up screen asking to add funds when you already have funds in the account. Customer service is horrible as I expected, and this is the only bank that overcharges with fees. I’d rate this app a 2/10 meaning stay away !

My account was closed for no reason and I was told there was nothing they could do to help. I used Netspend for about 2 weeks and the only thing I used my card for was to deposit money from my Lyft Driver account. I never took money from the ATM and I never over drafted my account. Even after my account was closed for no reason, I asked if there was any way to resolve this and I was told I would not be able to have a Netspend account ever again. Its okay though, because after being treated like that, I no longer want to be a customer.

They must had took off mobile checks when they had it before was quick & easy even a cave man can find it now it’s gone smh hate Netspend

Could you please fix your date time lines on the app cause it gives the wrong dates like it said 12/20 to 12/24 but in my e-mail plus your recording it say 12/24 to 12/28 just so it doesn’t make customers confused please thank you
