This is a free app download. Within the app users can purchase the current issue and back issues.
Subscriptions are also available within the application. A subscription will start from the latest issue.
-The subscription will renew automatically unless cancelled more than 24 hours before the end of the current period. You will be charged for renewal within 24 hours of the end of the current period, for the same duration and at the current subscription rate for the product.
-You may turn off the auto-renewal of subscriptions through your Account Settings, however you are not able to cancel the current subscription during its active period.
-Payment will be charged to your iTunes account at confirmation of purchase and any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when a subscription to that publication is purchased.
-If a subscription offers a free trial, at the end of the trial period, you will be charged the full price of the subscription. You may cancel a subscription during its free trial period via the subscription settings on your iTunes account. This must be done 24 hours before the end of the subscription period to avoid being charged.
Users can register for/ login to a pocketmags account in-app. This will protect their issues in the case of a lost device and allow browsing of purchases on multiple platforms. Existing pocketmags users can retrieve their purchases by logging into their account.
We recommend loading the app for the first time in a wi-fi area so that all issue data is retrieved.
If your app will not load past the splash page after a first install or an update, please delete and reinstall the app from the App Store

I’m told the next magazine is available but when I buy it it never arrives . I’ve told you this before and it’s still useless . It may arrive in a few days time . I have no problem buying the other magazines every month . Please explain , regards Colin
This App is Completely Dire
This app is not even worth one star. They will take your money but don’t ever expect to be able to read any magazines it is appalling. Support is non existent web site is completely useless. How is this app allowed on the apple site it should be withdrawn immediately. Do not purchase under any circumstances.
Great magazine, unusable App
Unstable app, cannot see or download the content which you have paid for!
Rubbish. Absolute rubbish.
I read other reviews what rubbish this app was, but did not believe it could be that bad, but how wrong I was. It’s an utter disgrace and presents like some kid badly photocopied a paper mag, and posted it on line for a prank. And Haymarket take money off people for this? They should be ashamed.
Another rubbish magazine app
Magazine arrives days after it is in the shops, wasn’t this before. If you get it won’t open, reload the app and all the content you paid for is gone. Try to recover purchases and you can’t. Call support and you don’t get a reply....the wonderful world of IT.
Late Updates
The mag is published this month on the7th, it’s now the 10th and the new one is still not on the app. Apart from the fact that it’s just a pdf, with no extra features or articles, this is just another disappointment. My hard copy mag hasn’t arrived yet either. Sort it out!
Worst Digital version of a magazine or newspaper
Hi thought this would make a nice read on the tube on my iPad. Possibly the worst digital version of a publication I have seen. Not worth it even if it was free.............

Have paid annual subscription but it won’t download It happens every month , when this is due I won’t be subscribing
