Clean Email: Mailbox Cleaner

I’ve tried it after I did the monthly subscription but it keeps telling me to sign in over and over again. I don’t know what the issue

My email has locked me out within 12 hours of using this app

I hated this app, it didnt work and then when I cancelled (well before the subscription expiry date) they charged me anyway. I cant even scroll through my inbox without the app flashing white and then refreshes back to the top where I started. Had no problems with the free trial features but as soon as I paid it stopped working properly. What a joke.

I really wanted to like this app, but it has behaved so inconsistently and frozen so often, that in the end I have deleted it. It is very feature rich for cleaning email, less so for its use. The user interface is rather messy, and there is a plethora of so called smart folders, which I didn’t find helpful at all. I never quite felt that I got to grips with it, and then it started hanging, or presenting a blank white screen after every use of its Send to Trash option. Allied with the ages and ages … and ages!! It took to scan for new email each time I opened it, eventually it got to be just badly frustrating. Pity, it seemed to have great promise, but didn’t deliver. I am sorry I paid for a year’s subscription as I have obviously wasted a lot of $$.

Absolute waste of money. The app crashes every time you select the emails you want to unsubscribe to or delete. Even though I bought the paid version. Not happy. I want my money back.

Been looking for a way to control junk / spam for years that actually works. This is it. Fixed my spam folder and reduced it from 60+ emails a day to maybe 3-4 and still improving. The key is to setup adequate rules on incoming mail. Takes some time to setup, but so worth it. Thanks for developing a useful way to clean mail (as the name implies) 🙏🏻

I’ve upgraded and paid after trialling the app for 14 days. Now it keeps telling me to upgrade to premium and doesn’t seem to be working eg I can’t unsubscribe. Help please.

I was required to download premium to help with my email clean up and after 30 mins of try no decrease in storage was occurring on my actual email account. I ended up manually doing the process and asked for a refund due to only utilising the app for 30 mins which didn’t even work. I was denied this and provided an excuse that it did work although it was clear it didn’t. Would suggest this due to their customer service line isn’t as helpful as they could be.

I love this app. I have been using it for all my email accounts for a long time now. It’s quite amazing. I have thousands of junk emails in a couple of old email addresses, that I want to keep using. I’m still working on reducing them. But bit by bit, I will sort it. Really easy to use. Never any bugs. Thank you guys! Happy user 🙏
