New version problem
I cannot see how to amend my repeat order. I used to be able to see it and add extras to my regular order That facility has vanished. Please re-instate

HOW IT WORKS
+ Select your local laundry or dry cleaner based on your country and city
+ Place your pickup & delivery, locker, or in-store order
+ If your order is a pickup & delivery they will come pickup your order. Otherwise drop off your order at the store or in the locker.
+ You will be notified of the progress of the order. Once your order is ready, they will deliver it back to you, or you can pick up your completed order from the store.
+ Be sure to take advantage of our contactless features, like making payment from the app, and checking in when you arrive to pick up a completed in-store order from the store. Some stores will bring out the completed order to your car.

Annoying but works
Main grip is that everytime i use, i have to search and reselect my local store, and the login as opposed to remembering my settings Works ok when in though@
Disgusting thieves
Horrible. Love my laundry in Cambridge have not returned my beautiful quilt despite having paid them in advance. I’m very angry. The app does actually allow you to contact them either. I get no response.

These dry cleaners provide an excellent service, both with the standards of laundering and the efficiency of collection/delivery. I would heartily recommend them to anyone looking for the highest levels of service

I regularly make orders through the app to my local dry cleaners. It’s got a lovely interface, is easy to use and now they have even added a feature which allows me to see where the driver is. A great app overall!
