Keeps crashing so how can I log my food?

It’s hard to make progress when the app does not work. When scanning items it doesn’t save it doesn’t give you the explanation when you click it. It just keeps saying finalizing. I don’t understand how an app advertising to help you reach your goals doesn’t actually do anything other than force you to rate it 5 stars and join the subscription before showing you anything at all.

Doesn’t let you proceed without review and payment.

This app charged me when I canceled the trial! I attempted to be refunded and they denied it even though I canceled it and never used it. I explained this when requesting the refund - I think it’s messed up to be stuck paying for a yearly service that you didn’t use or want to continue to use.

It made me do a 5 star review and I’m adding a 1 star review to balance that out until I can actually use it and test it out. Apps should not force you to give 5 star reviews before even using the features. All Ive seen so far is a scare tactic video and an intro about “how helpful this app will be” and then a rate us 5 star button with no other option but to click on it. Like what?

Be careful this app will automatically take your money even if you just checking the app out so don’t download unless you want to pay 29.99 I have been trying for a month to get my money back but no one responds to my emails

Beautiful intro but why does it cost $50 to scan food labels? There no limited option either, you pay for the app or not use it at all. So to avoid being charged after the “free trial” i deleted this app. Had so much potential smh

I canceled this app subscription & deleted it from my phone but was still charged for it. I’m now not even able to access or utilize the app. So I was charged $49.99 for nothing.

I haven’t had this app for very long but I’m absolutely loving it so far!! As someone who is trying to eat healthier but is already at a healthy weight, it’s nice to find an app thats whole focus isn’t about slimming down or calorie counting. You scan your food and it tells you what “score” it is based on your goals (whether it may have too much sodium, too much sugar, have a good amount of protein, etc). It’s really been helpful when I’m not sure if I should eat a certain snack or not because of my dietary restrictions. 5 stars, absolutely love, can’t wait to see my skin clear up!! Also, I saw a couple of people complain about the intro thing being too preachy, but I liked it! Got me excited to start my journey :)
