Mate i have paid for this aap but unfortunately it crashes every time i try to download my contacts from an email to the phone i don't know whats happening, if thats keep on happening no-one will buy this app, can u please rectify this

Crashes
Crashes when I try to import.
Did not work as intended
I had high expectations for this based on the good reviews online. I need to delete a bunch of duplicate contacts. Unfortunately, it would identify the contacts that were duplicated, but it would not actually delete them. I ended up having to find another app.
Garbage
Overcomplicated app to just merge contacts. Every function in the app requires you to buy the $5 upgrade.

Great app it did what it was supposed to and nothing more
Merge doesn’t work
Merge feature doesn’t work or at least I can’t figure out how to do it and I’m pretty technical.
It keeps crashing when I merge the duplicates with same name
I paid for this app with lots of hope and looking at the review. It crashes with I click on merge. I did not expect crashes, which is one of the basic error handling you can do. My suspicious of the reviews and rating of this app.
