I used this app during a trip in Mammoth. But I didn’t use all the money so asked for a refund, several times. After four months I still haven’t got my money back. So be careful how much money you put in this app.

It’s affordable

Worked fine when I lived at my old place, but now that I moved I can’t get the money I put into the app back. There’s no refund option, the support number seems disconnected, and their help page leads to a different company.

Useful functional easy to transfer funds

You have to charge the funds up at least 10$ each time which simply doesnt makes sense at all unfortunately. Furthermore the only app on my phone having internet connection troubles every timw

Things work as they should. I am glad that my apartment complex switch to this. It makes things so much streamlined and easy.

I really enjoy using the app it lets me know when my machines stop. It’s really easy to use. I love the fact that I don’t have to have cash on me just my debit card

Better than lugging around quarters but will sometimes double charge my account for a laundry or dryer use.
