They do not pay you stay away you heard it here first!

I’m not sure why but the billing team is definitely slacking on their job and it’s getting so frustrating

I just wish there was more jobs

I did a couple of cleanings, the client liked my cleaning and kept booking me, however cleanster platform takes a while sometimes 2 weeks to pay you and they still have payments pending since July 30, 2024 I texted them multiple times and they don’t answer calls or text messages anymore or messages on the app, be aware that you might go clean and you might not get paid. I met other 2 persons working with same company/app and they also had payments pending for a long time and told me that there friend didn’t get paid. They don’t pay. UPDATE: 11/01/24 payment still pending. :(

I have been trying to get my account started and I cannot talk to any live person or anybody or get a hold of anybody from this company!!

When you sign in, they send you jobs, they pay you, but then they stop paying you and sending you jobs. Since June, they haven't paid me and other cleaners I know haven't been paid either and they tell us all the same thing. To date, they say thank you for your patience, we will process your payment. It's a shame that they play and deceive many women who work honestly.

I’m going on the second week of non payment for a 9/15/24 cleaning, I’m set to be paid $135, I’ve never been in this situation before , never have I had to wait more than two days for my payments deposited in my PayPal account which they claim takes about 1-7 days to process. When I pointed out that I have not received my payment and it has been over the 1-7 days grace period I had to ask for a time frame to be paid, there was a mention to me of my concern being sent to the department that handles the payments but that was the end of my support because I was told that they don’t give out estimated payment dates and that the payment is in transit and will be processed as quickly as possible…. It’s not like I am not aware of this transition period that cleanster is going through regarding the company that is going to be working on the payments and process of that department. We should be aware of the process and have a clear understanding of the transition and how we will be able to get the money to our accounts and get the best possible time that it is going to be available in my account. Not repeating the same things that you have said to me about that and the fact that you have not had any updates to provide to us and the other things that we have been told about getting us answers …. Where are our answers??? We need our money we have worked hard for. It’s a shame we have been unable to get our money from you guys and we have been waiting to receive the promised updates as to when we will be receiving our payment. it’s been a very difficult time and it is frustrating to be unable to receive any kind of response to the issue and not be given the same info as the initial email I sent to you guys… I have to be honest I am very disappointed and I hope that this will be fixed this week but it seems like it is not the case and I will be unanswered and I have to wait until the process is complete and money is in my PayPal account, that should be instantly transferred from the platform to my account. I don’t think we will get a honest and sincere explanation for this unfortunate and uninformed disaster of our payment system…. How much longer can we expect to be in this mess???? I don’t understand why we can’t get the honest truth

These people are liars. All they do is lie. I was on my way to a job and my Uber broke down and then the Uber driver didn’t speak English. Needless to say, I was late but ever since then, I have had jobs taken away . I will get notice after notice about how somebody has picked me and I will even claim a job and they take it away. When I ask about why I have not seen the job I got a notice for, I’m told that the job goes out to everybody and it’s whoever claims it first. That’s a flat out lie. I have been told the client cancelled it. That’s a lie because they give a notice for that. I had a person named Michelle text me at 1:45 IN THE MORNING!!! Then I went and made an account on their website and put the address of a house not even 2 blocks from me and my name never came up as an option for a cleaner. It didn’t matter what address I put , my name never came up. They tell you lie bc after lie after lie. They are TERRIBLE people and I fully plan on taking them to court and ask for payment for every job they have taken from me. I have proof of everything and they play with peoples livelihoods and it’s beyond wrong.

I get a job on August 4, 2024. I didn’t get paid for that job until September 20th That is not right took a month and a half for me to get paid $100 and that wasn’t a small job for the amount I was paying that was a move out. Make ready.
