Where do I begin, we have one gigabyte worth of download speed and upload speed with fiber optic Internet and yet cleardata still crashes every 0.3 seconds, clear data still has the slowest upload rate a dinosaur is faster than it, the app is nowhere near user-friendly,

I use this app every day all day for work, I have full access allowed to my photo album as I never had any issues before, randomly now when i take photos live, stored photos that aren’t even recent are uploading into this app. Pictures that aren’t even of the car i’m taking photos off. It is automatically selecting random photos to add in or not even put in of what i actually took. Please provide a fix.

A great addition to the Clearplan/RDN ecosystem

Cleardata has completely changed the way we do things in our company and the changes are GOOD! It took a little while for the Auctions, Transporters, and our agents to get comfortable with it however now I can't imagine running our company without it. Personally, I love being able to filter my lot and make sure that everything is done on each unit in a timely manner. There are a few things I would possibly add or change but it's really a great app and I highly recommend it. My favorite features are being able to download all of these pictures at one time to transfer to that client portal as opposed to having to save each individual picture like in the past, as well as having access to releases as soon as they are signed, especially for my satellite offices.

Total game changer for all paperwork, however it is not optimized for the new line of iPhones. Does not account for notch and sometimes does not let you move past original “name” screen. Beyond that touch is a bit off on my phone, not terribly but enough to notice it’s not where I’m tapping. Would give 5 stars if optimized for newer phones.

Started off great but then the latest update made it to where I have to select a storage lot so I can’t see the unit I just recovered since it hasn’t been assigned to a lot.

Invaluable asset, keeping track of keys, from pending, quoted, approved, cutting to completion. Everything you need to do the job right the first time.

Immediate results when looking for info!

This app is great makes going from the office to the yard a breeze! I would definitely recommend it to anyone that works in the tow industry!

Being an office manager this app has been great with helping with the post recovery process from reporting to pictures to transport scheduling. I highly recommend it!!
