Clearlight® Sauna Connect 5GHz

I just don’t get why they can’t get it right. We’ve been dealing with this junk app for 8 years now!!!

Great sauna, horrible app. The person that created this app should be fired. It is non-functional and the UI is really poor.

I could not get the app to connect to my $7000 sauna so they sent me a new power supply stating that they were coming out with a new app that would connect to 5 MHz and I needed an upgrade to use it. I waited months and finally received the power supply. I just took the time to swap out the power supply, downloaded the new app and it will not let me connect with my username and password. All of the instructions in the app still say 2.4 MHz. Ridiculous. I called to get some help and had to leave a voicemail stating that it could take up to 48 hours to get a return phone call. So unprofessional.

This app looks like it was created in the 90s on MS-DOS. Truly terrible. It doesn’t even work.

All three apps and can’t get any to work! They have always been problematic.

But not even sure I can say used in the title because the app is totally unusable. All the other reviews are spot on accurate it says if someone said let’s make an app that won’t work for anybody zero user experience zero user design connectivity fails. I rue the day that we bought the sauna.

Still only can be oriented in landscape. Reset password feature does NOT send link to email (including spam folder). Clunky, not intuitive, outdated. Would recommend against purchasing sauna until they update this feature so one is actually getting for what they believed they purchased.

This app is awful. User is not able to rotate the screen or enlarge the screen to see characters. Then IF yes IF you get in connecting is another huge issue. Never got my sauna connected. Worthless app

Simple as that. It connects by Bluetooth but the app doesn't respond.

There can be no other explanation other than this company has never used its own application probably outsourced it to a very low cost developer to never been tested. I’ve been trying to use this app for over five years never been fixed user experiences so terrible. You can’t even copy and paste the password into it. It’s absolutely, an example of hating your customers.
