I just want to charge my car the way I fill it with petrol. No app, no signup, just credit card tap and it works. This idea of downloading and signing up is stupid.

I have the same problem everyone else seems to have. I get a link in the mail, open the link with my phone, it lands me on a page telling me to open the app with my phone… 🤦🏼‍♂️

The user interface is terrible. You can only log in via confirmation through email. But when I press the confirmation link I am directed to webpage and not the app. And the webpage direct me to the app again. Worst charging app ever.

Positive: Supports Apple Pay, easy to start charging once signed in Negative: signup/sign-in process is a complete mess. It took me 15 minutes to sign up. On the expensive side, but it’s Denmark. Electricity is expensive here.

Not working. Do not use!

After one hours try to sign in I gave up this app. The link they send to sign in doesn’t work. It should be possible to sign using other methods. How could you release such a bad app? 👎👎

You guys need to get better at testing the app before releases and monitoring and fixing chargers when they break. Right now I can never trust that your chargers will work when they’re needed and that’s pretty fatal when you’re driving electric in Denmark. I’ve tried to use three different chargers this week, in every case the app has been able to detect that there’s a charger and that it’s available, but when I’ve tried to use it the app gets stuck trying to connect. At one of the sites two out of four has been broken for weeks (as in entirely black), still not fixed. You guys are providing infrastructure! You have to be better than this! WHEN it works it’s great, but it’s not good enough.

Please please fix the app. It so buggy it basically unusable, which is tragic because there are clever chargers everywhere in cph. I’ve had failures where the app hangs during payment, during activating charging, during ending charging. Not to mention the dreadful usability. Much of the time the app just dumps you out into the main screen again with no error or notification. Fix it you idiots you’re pouring money away.

Difficult to operate, took 10’ only to start charging after numerous tries and restarts of the app. Lync&Co is missing, had to select Volvo PHEV since there is no other. No support links or phone numbers on the app. Bad experience after all.
