Notification bubble does not disappear after all notifications are seen
There is no way to add images of prescriptions and bills. When you click on the plus sign, it just keeps adding new slots and nothing pops up to upload images.
Even though UA try to promote this app.. it is very bad in user experience. For example in login by mobile we have to select country from list of all the countries in the world but it only allowed local phone numbers only… is so, why we need to to select the country from a huge list? Also, points not added and some time those points missing this was frequently happens with old version and without being forwarded those point they introduced spin wheel where they can take benefit of losing the points of customers unlike previous scheme. Even with spin wheel, when log into the app it shows pop up that you have chance but once clicked it shows nothing. Every time tried to setup FIT it giving server errors. Better not to give features in apps which you are unable to maintain or do proper QA before publishing. No responses to complaints logged too. Wonder how Apple Store approve such Apps.
There are lot of issues here. 1. User experience in login via mobile is asking for the country and it is listing all countries. Are you even operating in all countries? 2. Even my agent cannot help here who was very helpful and sold the policies. Where the is my policies? Why the app is it not listing anything? Second is more important! Suggestions- 3. Can you allow authentication to connect to our mobile profiles so it can use fingerprints or facial recognition technologies. 4. Think of UX please. 5. Chatbot would be nice too

User friendly app that much support to see insurance policy related details
The concept itself is easy for policy holders. But consider future improvement as suggested below: 1. As per policy, remaining balance on limits 2. The policy document itself, summarizing benefits, conditions and exclusions 3. Lately the app seems to show latency 4. Gen AI integration for quick questions regarding policy for users 5. The claim history doesn’t show anything 6. Other app integrations such as Fitbit, Apple Watch etc.
