I’ve been using this app for nearly a decade. Forcing the video player in the app is annoying and cumbersome. I always close the player-if I want to watch the news, I’ll watch live on my peacock account. If I’m listening to music, it forces stops it playing-even if I immediately close the player. It’s annoying. I’m sure I’m not the only one who finds this to be the case.

Real classy Click on Detroit…resorting to advertisements for vibrators all over your app. How low can you go…

Who’s big deal was to change the channel 4 Weather app on my phone it is terrible. the other one was so much better.

Hate the stupid Live Stream at the top of the home page, takes up half the dang page, plays automatically & immediately cuts off anything else you're already watching or have playing on your device. Get rid of it!!! Read the reviews! If we want to watch it - we'll find it!

The live video introduced in a recent release becomes intrusive when exiting the app and the video remain on the screen. This is much like YouTube for example but I never asked the video to play. Even with autoplay when on wifi switched off the video on the app plays anyway during live feeds.

I’m deleting the app. The new update is annoying. I don’t like the live streaming window that stays open after you close out the app. 🫠 why?!?

Great app, however, the new update with the live feed is very annoying. Having access to the live feed is cool but the auto play stops my music and other videos from playing.

Deleted the app, the newest version starts streaming right away at the top. You get out of the app and the streaming goes to your Home Screen. I just want to read the news, I do not want streaming or video ads playing on start up.

I’m never able to watch live feed. And or video. Every time no matter the time of day. It says updated 1 minute ago. On every video under live. And when I go to click on it nothing happens. It’s mostly ads if anything. And I didn’t come here to watch ads. I came here to watch the news. If it’s just ads then the app is pointless and shouldn’t be in the App Store. Anyway nothing works in the video part.

I have rarely been able to search a story or find a link on this app. I’m pretty tech savvy for a old man but, you cannot just type a phrase into the search box and find a link. And that’s bad App is hard to negotiate if you don’t know exactly what section to look under
