Can’t sign in using IOS. Verification email isn’t detected by the app.

Can’t event sing in to it. Waste of time

Today I created a task in the app and that task even didn’t create it in the Clickup. The app is very buggy I uninstalled it.

I’ve tried many todo apps and have been a victim of having many things undone. I mustered all my faith and vested it upon ClickUp. I gave up all the lists, reminders and todos I used. And this. Has been an absolute friend.

I am using a IPhone SE and had troubles with the interface

It says unsupported browser when I try to log in using the app on iPad pro. This shouldn't be happening.

I tried creating a document, most it let me do was create a title. Not worth bothering with the other features if I still need to use a separate app for my docs.

I literally cannot use the app and it keeps saying ‘unsupported browser detected” and shows me a list of browser requirements, meanwhile I have the most recent Safari and Chrome both of which meet the requirements listed.

So extremely disappointed in this app that it might as well not even exist. It won’t even let me log in or actually send the verification email, just redirects me to an “unsupported” browser page while literally using one of the recommended browsers. This remains a huge problem even after deleting and reinstalling the app multiple times over the course of weeks and is causing me to consider moving to another platform.

I saw a video about how great Clickup is but it won’t even open!! Just a spinning icon and nothing happens. I’m extremely surprised because I actually expected it to be good. Too bad they must have given up on the app. If I discover that they block VPN compromising your company data, communications, and security, then I will not even think about utilizing such a useless app.
