Es una plataforma que no insentiva al usuario a dar ejemplos de trabajo no provee planes de certificaciones y todos los datos y trabajos los quieres gratis .
Doesn’t work
Won’t even let me create an account. Tried with three different emails, but always get an error message when I try to confirm my email address saying my account no longer exists. Looking at other reviews it’s not worth to download the app even if your account works.
I have a few questions
Why is there an option to contact support, while sending emails is not supported? How am I supposed to contact support then? I’m locked out of changing bank info and don’t know how to proceed. Edit Also I’m on IOS and when there is a survey I have to type the whole link on my browser to get to it. Like they display the URL but I can’t click or copy it. It’s incredibly tedious.
Not much to do
It’s not like there are many jobs to be done. Some seem quite close to violating basic privacy rules. Others seem to be there, but when clicking the link to the job there is ‘oops’ no available job to be done. And finally there’s some random issues with non-supported browsers.
Unfortunately...Dissapointed
I have been trying to understand how you work all this time since I signed with you. I fairly speak/read/write 2 or 3 languages, I have plenty of time, can adapt to time zones and only get minimal unfrequent jobs. This morning I got many Pinterest assignments and now I cannot continue since appears the “Oops! Message”. This for me is the worst, since it does really sound as tou are banned and cannot pick new jobs. Anyway, you can check all my questions/doubts sent to your Customer Service. By the way, excellent, promptly and friendly reply! Still have not billed any from you. Hope do not encounter new surprises. Met vriendelijk groet, Paola
