With the ease of access with Face ID and the simple interface it is great!
Seems to work fine. Managed to login and do what wanted. Quick and easy. Was worried after reading other review but unlike other apps tried flawless on first day of use. Could do with being able to do more but it working well at what it does which is the main thing.
It just doesn’t work. Impossible to log in whereas the two factor log in works online.
Since the recent update (4 days ago 5/11/24)app won’t open …circle of death!!! Please fix!!
There seems to be no way to track daily performance over time. There needs to be a graph showing day by day performance. If you want to look back at yesterday’s account performance there is no way to see it once you get past midnight. This is basic stuff and a significant pain point.
Love the interface and the experience. Don’t know why everyone doesn’t use an FA from Raymond James. It’s convenient banking software plus the eyes of a professional on all my accounts.
I have enjoyed using this iOS app for years but something has gone seriously wrong with it the last month. Despite using the exact same username and password that logs me in on the web, it continues to tell me my credentials are invalid, at first just with Face ID sign in, now also when manually inputting my login. A further frustration is that my New Retirement website can no longer connect to Raymond James as well, again using my valid login info. Something is amiss and needs to be fixed.
It feels like it should be table stakes that you can search for a banking app based on the bank name MLS, but this app is simply called Client Access. Try searching for Raymond James or RJ on your phone and nothing will come up. This feels like a pretty basic mistake and something that should be easily and quickly fixed. Responding to the developer, I’m talking about searching for the app on my phone, not in the App Store. Thank you for the clarification! It seems to me maybe the app should be called RJ Client Access then?
The app freezes when I check my pending activity. Please correct this. Edit: the issue has been corrected, thanks.
