Clik Jobs

It could be much better. Why when adding times to a job is the time (or date) button tucked away at the bottom right hand corner of the screen. It’s hard to press even with a small finger. Put it in the middle and make it bigger please. Keeps loosing data and signatures, so I have to enter all the details again. Lost signatures can not be redone as I have left site. Very frustrating to use.

I’m absolutely sick I’m still being forced at my work to use this pile of garbage. The amount of times I’ve had to go through all my work because this just randomly disregard information is infuriating. Top tip: if your going to use this, use google docs as well so you have some trace of where you were up to before this messes up your data.

Always loses data you input, goes down all the time and nobody ever answers the support line, just puts you through to a very unhelpful answerphone.

Awful app

Would be great if we didn’t have to keep going in and out of the side bar to add signatures/times/photos/notes/materials etc... maybe having all of this on one scrolling page would be quicker for the engineer. Would also be good if we could see the equipment in the main jobs list so I don’t have to keep going into each job and checking the equipment on it is the same as the equipment I’m working on - this is cumbersome when I am servicing multiple pieces of equipment on the same site!

Seems great at first but is slow to operate, riddled with bugs and the UI is cumbersome. Could be so much better.

Only just started using app but it has potential to streamline our Business and increase organisation, very impressed so far!!

Really easy to use and looks professional in front of clients

I think this App is great, it has all the things you need for job tracking whilst onsite you can get all the information you need add it to the job and upload when you have connection. As with all new apps there is always minor annoyances like if you have a full address it cuts off the postcode until you click it to bring up the map which will only give you the full address if you have connection. And at the moment it won't upload model numbers on IOS 8 but I have been informed the fix is on its way.(customer service is excellent) Apart from that the app works as it should and I have no hesitation at all in recommending Clik software to people.
