I feel like this app needs a massive update. It’s such a good idea and even one I would pay for. However, I can not open the app on my iPhone 12 Pro, after clicking on the app to open it, it then quickly closes itself down and returns me to my phones Home Screen. I’m not even given the chance to sign in. I can open the app on my IPad but it’s not full screen and poor resolution, filled by a black border.
Have used this app for a number of years. I am trying to merge old logs with new account, but have not had any support available to assist with this. Would really like to continue using it, but seems I have lost years of logging skills.
This app is great but needs updating for modern phones, and also the ability to edit records previously entered. Also the ability to add free text notes to records
This app started out really well years ago but now it just feels like you’ve forgotten about it. The last update was 5 years ago and you can tell. An improvement would be to have it fill the screen on newer phones rather than having black bars at the top and bottom. Please give this app some attention and an update!
Unable to open app as when try and register, states an email will be sent with password no email received. Very frustrating

Please update this app to support newer iOS devices. Maybe consider an iPad version also as a lot of ambulance trusts are providing iPads for staff to use.
Really useful app but can you guys optimise it for later model phones? It would make the app a lot more appealing to more of my colleagues !
This app has so much potential but it fiddly to use and unless you undertake all the skills available for example cannulation and intubation it is impossible to produce any useful data. Needs vast improvements but can be amazing if the work is put into it.
Been using this app for two years to record my airway skills. The free online dashboard also allows you to completely customise the app and make it personal to you. Best of all it’s completely free. I would happily pay for using this app. Simple & Easy
