Good layout, function
Limited for paediatrics
Good app but difficult to access bottom line
I like this app but find it difficult to access the bottom line of the list due to tab. The tab at the bottom where it says recent, favourites etc makes it difficult to access things such as miscellaneous, especially on my phone with a small screen.

Has all the scores you would need to hand both in the ED and on the wards. Highly recommended, shame it's not yet optimised for iOS 8 or iPhone 6 however.

I love this app. As a renal pharmacist I recommend it to all junior doctors for eGFR and crcl calculations on the go. The only problem is the eGFR calculator has stopped working (won't let me insert BSA!)
Lost a star for bugs
Brilliant FREE app but loses stars for bugs, most recently the Unit Concersion (Physics) is stuck on the default tab (i.e. you can't select a different caregory such as pressure, mass, etc...) Hope it gets fixed!

This is a good app. I like the favourites option, and there are some really useful calculators. I've found a few problems: Snellen chart doesn't tell me how far away from the patient the phone needs to be, and doesn't give the visual acuity corresponding to each line (so is useless) There's a bug in the Ideal Weight calculator: I couldn't get it to change from kilos to pounds, and couldn't change from male to female unless doing so before entering the weight. The opioid converter gives some dubious values e.g it says that 10mg of oral morphine is equivalent to 8.3mg of oral oxycodone (The chart we commonly use where I work - Scotland -says 5mg of oxycodone). Also there's no tramadol, diamorphine or fentanyl patch. The following additions would be really useful for me: (Primary care doc) Paediatric pain score CHAD2VAS HAS BLED Strep Score for throat infection Ottowa ankle rules Keep up the good work guys!
Practical & useful
The only medical app I use in practice. The opioid converter could be extended to be supremely useful, eg add tramadol, fentanyl patches, buprenorphine.

Useful
Useful app with a large variety of clinical tools but overdue an update as favourites still don't save when you close the program (with iOS 5.0.1 on 4S).
