My messages that I’m trying to send to ask a question about a shift that I’m doing right now aren’t going through and is coming back red saying error so I’m not sure if they blocked me or what’s going on but I need to know if I’m gonna get paid double since I worked twice today with this company.??

My account was wrongfully terminated in the past. In order to dispute, i had to make a second account to make my claim. Was told making a second account is against terms even though the only way to receive help is to be logged in as a user. Basically, they did me dirty.

I had someone stalking me on "work with a friend" i asked for help from them and there solutions were not working at all when i raised those concerns there response was sorry they cant help you anymore we done everything we could and they ended the conversation

This “agency” is lawless. There are no checks and balances for facilities , workers beware. The support staff won’t / can’t help you ! Attendance score and status are a joke. Facilities can choose not to pay you and lie about their policies- clipboard will not help you. Choose another app.

The only good thing about this app is the instant pay. Other than this. The staff that work with clipboard are inconsiderable they are so wicked they never give people the second chance they act like Robots people without conscience and human sympathy. I would never recommend this for app anybody… I have been in contact with clipboard staff as regards to my deactivated account but nobody seems to respond to me this is so unfair this is been about two years now. No response from from clipboard staff. This is so unfair. What goes around comes around I believe.

There are so many things wrong with this company. It’s hard to know where to start.. They just renegotiated their prices lower you know because they care about us so much. However, you will find the exact same shifts on another app for almost double what we’re getting paid on Clipboard exact same shift.. Their cancellation policy is a. They have no interest in protecting your time or your schedule now as agency. We all all know that cancellations can happen, but we’re talking about facilities. It’ll cancel shifts at a time with no repercussions if we were to cancel 15 shifts at one time they would suspend our for a year. And the fact that it cost us 10 points to cancel more than 72 hours in advance and they pay absolutely nothing for canceling two hours and 30 minutes before a shift starts right before the cut off time. Clipboard does not care about anyone that works for them. So just keep these things in mind that exact same shift you were going to pick up on Clipboard is on shift key for almost double the amount. Matter-of-fact, you could download any other app and get paid more than what Clipboard is paying and most of them have a lot of perks for the people that actually work for them that allow them to even have a business to run.

It says I have a notification but when I open the app and look for a notification there’s nothing there and it won’t go away! How do I fix this!

Facilities always cancel last minute

The pay rate negotiations feature should last up until the shift starts. If they need a Healthcare Professional to work last minute we should be able to negotiate that pay if it is too low. I hate that it goes away or doesn’t pop up at all if the shift is 24 hours away. 24 hours is more than enough time to negotiate a pay rate.
