Cancelled my free trial due to the show not being on there. They restarted it without my knowledge and now I’m stuck on a 12 month contract and they won’t let me cancel. Emailed them and they took two weeks to respond and refused to cancel it again.
No screen share/ air play. Does not record watched shows or duration of play to come back to.
Absolutely hope less no indication at all of start times for European dressage just music and adds it’s really poor service
As we are both senior citizens, we can’t always travel to see our Grand children compete in shows, this app allows us to be able to watch from the comfort of our own home, so is very useful. We enjoy watching live show jumping and occasionally manage to get to local venues, but events further away are just not possible. This app is a very useful. Grammy Nobb
App is constantly down and videos won’t play, subscription far too expensive for its reliability.
Why can’t we watch programmes on our tv streamed from iPhones? For the cost of this subscription it is very poor not to be able to do this . You need to warn everyone before they subscribe that you use old technology.
So useful being able to watch events live if not at the show. Also useful at a show to keep track. Frustrating only 1 device can watch per subscription. Would be perfect to maybe have a family subscription so we can all watch if we are in different parts of the house or in different places. Gets expensive if we all have subscriptions

I signed up to watch the world championships in Pratoni, using the free trial. I will be cancelling the membership. I am SO disappointed with the poor video quality! I am not even watching live, so there is no excuse. Watching on laptop there is no easy way to skip forward or back in small increments which is extremely annoying. The site is not especially intuitive to use, nor is the app. The app itself is extremely slow and laggy. Considering this is an FEI endorsed company I am shocked at the lack of quality. As a breeding and eventing fanatic the ability to watch these events would be amazing, but totally not worth the high price! So how would you make me become a paying customer? - More subscription options ie. different and cheaper subscriptions if you only want to watch certain disciplines/events. - MONTHLY CONTRACTS. Nobody wants to be stuck in a 12 month contract. Especially not at the current price! - Price per month BELOW £10. The current pricing is WAY too expensive for what you get - low quality videos, lagging etc. You would instantly get more paying clients with cheaper prices. - Possibly a pay per event option. I understand that providing this streaming service at so many events is expensive, but perhaps it would be more economical to show fewer less popular events and charge lower prices..
The app won’t open on ipad. Less than useless.
