I have to forget my key and re-pair it every time i refresh my key.

Every time I try to update my key I get a key error. I have to unpair the key, remove the battery, uninstall the app, reinstall it and then hope for the best. Sometimes it takes 5 or more attempts to get the key to finally update.

Love this app. Updating CLIQ keys via cell phone is quick and easy! Next level security.

Overall the app is easy to use and helpful. One minor improvement that could be made is a pop up reminder when the key needs refreshing. Mine has to be done every 7 days, so if something would show on the app like the number of new emails does on a mail app this would serve as a reminder and be extremely helpful.

This app is easy to use and updates my key in just a few seconds. It shows battery percentage remaining and next time to sync. I can sync multiple keys to one device without having to un-pair/re-pair through Bluetooth. When I change a key battery, I don’t have to delete the app but do have to pair the key again (as expected).

“Quick Connect” is two lies in one. How about Frustrate and Fail ? Does NOT reconnect to my key 3 out of 4 times. I’ve worn the plastic tab on the key removing the battery. I’ve deleted and reinstalled the software 3 times. Avoid this software at all costs unless you are a masochist.

C’est grave que je dois utilisé un truc qui marche à peine. L’app ne voit pas la clé, tandis que si je fais recherche via Bluetooth, le gsm le voit. Cet app et cette clé: pure et simple perte de temps

Wat een amateuristisch gedoe uren verliest met met dit prul ofwel werkt de app werkt niet naar behoren of anders lukt het niet om er een deur mee te openen ondanks dat alles er in orde uit ziet ik vraag mij af welke idioot dit op de markt gebracht geeft en welke nog grotere idioot koopt zoiets aan miserie miserie miserie

Wat voor een stuk brol is me dit. App vindt sleutel nooit, wilt niet verbinden. Ik verlies hierdoor uren aan tijd door deze debiele app. Noem het geen app, wie dit heeft geschreven mag weer naar school. Trekt op Niks
