Clock – Simple & Customisable

Being named Clock, saying "Siri Open Clock", fails to distinguish between this app and Apple’s in built Clock. This app also fails to appear in the Shortcut App “app list". However, replacing the inbuilt Clock with this app in the dock, does allow this app to be invoked by saying “Siri Voice control on” “tap Clock". So it is possible to get this app working by voice control.

I have only just installed this and it does what it says on the tin (unlike the Apple clock which whist it has many great features appears to do everything but show a clock!). My only “gripe” is that if I ask SIRI to “open clock”, she doesn’t know which to open, but I have worked out if I say “Open clock simple” then she opens the right one.

This is a very simple clock app, no clutter and the options are just what I needed. Love that the developer respects privacy. The only feature I wish it had was a in app purchase so I could thank the developer for this app.

For people who would like just a clock, this is for you!

I love this app because it does one thing and it does it well. I had a similar app before this but it had loads of options that worked 99% of the time. This app has almost no options but is rock solid 100% of the time. The few options that it does have are well thought out and implemented. In particular, I really like the way that I can drag my finger along the screen to adjust the brightness of the text. Having said that, if there were an option to recolour the text - so that it could mimic the new apple night-light (but without all of the extraneous information onscreen) then I would not complain . However, even with the app in its current form, I would still give it a very well deserved 5 stars, and a solid recommendation.

Does exactly as described. Very nice simple clock. Works great as a clock next to the bed when I have the iPhone charging on MagSafe.

Finally an app that shows the time and nothing else. No in app purchases, skins, alarms or ads.

Not worth the time to install. Waste.

I sometimes need to quickly see the exact time - including seconds. The built in Apple “world clock” only shows minutes. This app NAILS IT. Very simple. Very Pro. Big display. Your choice whether or not to display seconds and even milliseconds. No ads. Doesn’t collect your data. And it’s free. To the developer: where can I leave a tip? I appreciate you creating this. It’s indispensable.

As I use this app, almost incessantly as a default display, I’d appreciate a battery charge indicator…
