Have played this game awhile and enjoyed it. The ads can be annoying- but necessary evil for a free game. A new lot of advertising came up and keep crashing the game and causing me to lose progress. Support said they have no control over 3rd party advertising and if the advertisers had set it up to crash - not their problem. I have deleted the game as I will not support a company that doesn’t care about user experience.
It is bad enough the number of ads and LENGTH of the ads needed to watch to make progress. However, now ads are freezing, not allowing you back into the game. Scrabble GO and H5 Game Hub consistently crash the game and to get back in I lose all streak progress. Please fix this or I will stop playing.
Love the game but keep getting ads when have forfeited a life rather than choosing an add to continue game. Very frustrating! It controls my playing as the game is very addictive, but I give up in the end when I have lost a game, lost a life, and an add appears. If showing ads, then lives should be restored!
Been saying the same story for years, fix it please. Amazed you still have players! Nice of you to respond. However, the levels are difficult not challenging. Playing the same level for days and or hours is just wrong.
Unless you buy from the developer you will be stop, started all the time.watching ads. You don’t need to but your game will be frustrating so unless you’re prepared to pay. Don’t play
Told from an add it is not a candy crush like game. Well it is.
This game was enjoyable for a while, but now to even do levels not classed as ‘hard’ you need to spend money to buy boosts to use. It’s ALL geared towards you spending money, which is a shame. Was great, now a money grab

Enjoying this game especially.
I downloaded this game because the preview showed a clockmaker fitting shapes together with different pieces. This game is NOTHING like that. This game is misrepresented by the ad. It’s just another version of Toy Blast or Royal Save or Fishdom (which are totally misrepresented by the demo ads)
