I’ve deleted the app multiple times due to it crashing and not allowing me to open it up and always tells me no ping no service idk why and they have to give us an option to remove stops that aren’t ours

I written a review when this app first came out, yes it had its glitches and the address that was assigned for me to deliver took me on top of a mountain. Got stuck!! It sure had its problem but these guys outdone themselves in the last few months, this app works flawlessly and on point. Easy to use and navigate. The team reached out to me months ago on my feedback, I gave them some tips and they improved on the issues. Clockwork team keep up the great work. And no they don’t have a gun pointed me to write this review, lol

Working in the freight industry and transporting multiple tons of freight per day, it is crucial to be able to keep track of drivers, their loads and maintaining record of times and events. SenTra really is a one stop shop solution. This app is incredibly easy to use. My team is able to monitor drivers and their location for each load, providing time stamps for each key event from pickup to delivery. All information is recorded and can be easily accessed. The app also allows our drivers to take photos of Freight and PODs upon delivery, creating the perfect paperless environment in the office and making missing documentation a thing of the past! Customer service is also outstanding with any questions we have and always go above and beyond to make sure we are receiving the best experience.
